1983 Porcelain doll ornament

I recently found the 1983 Porcelain Doll, Diana ornament, no box: QX4237 . Did Hallmark do any more like this? I was curious about the name. (She looks nothing like Princess Diana; so not named after her.) Also, this ornament had a little square sponge stuffed into the bottom to make her dress pouf out. Did the ornament come like this when new?

I'll probably eventually sell it, but am just curious to find out as much as possible about it or any like it that Hallmark made.

Hi Ginny,
Hallmark made a very similar doll ornament in 1984 Amanda. The little sponge is meant to stay in place & doesn't usually fall out when the ornament is hung on a tree.
