2008 Hallmark Keepsake Expert pin

What can you tell me about this pin? Was it available to the public? Was it a merchant incentive?
The pin is a 1 & 1/2" by 3/4" rectangle. It's main body is red enamel on a gold metal base, On the left side, there are green and yellow enamel stripes separated with gold metal lines, and 2008 is in white over the top.
The red portion has the Hallmark Crown in the top, and

Welcome to the forum.
The last few years Hallmark has provided a dated "Hallmark Keepsake Expert" pin for the Gold Crown Store personnel to wear when showing the ornaments. It is not something that Hallmark sells. Happy Collecting, Nicki
