Remember, this is a KOC members only event. You must be a member of the Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Club to be eligible to attend.DATES & TIMES AT A GLANCEWednesday, April 1, 2009: Registration begins at noon CST (registration is limited)
Event Dates: Friday and Saturday, August 7-8, 2009.
Friday event activities will begin at noon and end approximately 5:00 pm.
The Local Club dinner held on Friday evening is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm (doors open at 6 pm).
Saturday event activities will begin at 8:00 am and end at approximately 5:00 pm. A live auction will be held following the event.
Event Facilities
Our event is a true Crown Center destination allowing you to experience the home of Hallmark Cards, Inc. and the beauty of Crown Center.
The Westin Hotel at Crown Center will be the host for artist signings, event exclusive product and other activities.
The Hyatt Regency Crown Center will be the host for Keepsake Artist seminars.
The Crown Center Exhibit Hall will be the stage for the Friday evening Local Club dinner.
Hotel Accommodations
We currently have a block of rooms available at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center. Rooms are available at $118/night. When you call to reserve a room, mention the Keepsake Ornament Club Event to receive the special rate. The number of rooms available at the special rate is limited.
The block of rooms at the Westin is sold out, but the hotel may have rooms available at their current rate.

Standard registration is $50.00 per member and includes:
Friday and Saturday daytime activities
Artist signings
Admission to activities and seminars
A gift tote containing a special Keepsake ornament and other surprises.
Access to pre-event on-line product purchasing
The Local Club Friday evening dinner is $45.00 per member and includes a traditional holiday meal served to each member, plus a special Keepsake ornament and other surprises.
Attendance is limited at the Event and the Local Club Dinner. This is a KOC members-only event. Your KOC member number will be required when you register.
Your Crown Rewards card will be credited for all on-line and on-site product purchases after the event.

This is a KOC members-only event. Your KOC member number will be required to register. If registering for more than one member, you must complete the entire registration process for each member.
Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa or Discover card. Your credit card will be charged once your registration is processed.
The charge will appear as "KOC EVENT" on your statement.
This will be your only opportunity to pre-purchase event product. You will only be able to purchase a package. The packet includes one of each of the event products being sold, a commemorative t-shirt and a lapel pin set.
A registration packet will be sent to your home approximately one month prior to the event.
If friends and family are traveling with you, there are plenty of activities for them in Kansas City.
