Both of my trees are pre-lit. Do the ornamotion motors work on these strands? There are several of my favorite Magic ornaments that I am unable to display since switching over to the pre-lit trees which had to be done due to health conditions. I am thinking of stringing a regular light string possibly around the doorframe and hanging the Magic ornies that require to be plugged into a light string so as I can still display them. I am thankful that the newer ones now are mostly battery operated so I am able to show them off on my trees each season.

If this is like the ornamotions I already have, they work great in my pre-lit string. And if you have any problems, remember that Hallmark now sells the adapters for the mini light strings.
I display an magic ornament on one of these and I didn't have the batteries in it yet the first time my niece saw the tree and that was the second ornament she noticed. Poor dear could not understand why the ornament did not work when it was clearly "working" by spinning.
