Looking for specs on the Hallmark Legacy Power Cord, the one to power 4 ornaments from back in the 1990s. Need to know the output of the plug in transformer. Is it AC or DC output? Output voltage? Output amperage or wattage? Originally sold for $14.95, but can only find online for well over $100. Can build one if someone can supply the specs. Thanks

I measured the voltage at the legacy ornament and it is 9 Volts ac. The transformer that came with the legacy adapter was 12 volts ac. I tried both 9 volts and 12 volts and the ornament operated ok. I am waiting to hear back from Hallmark what the operating voltage is, but not holding my breath. What I am doing is cutting an old series string lights and wiring the sockets in parallel with the 12 volt transformer.

That will not work. The series lights are self-regulating. Use a series string of 20,35, or 50 bulbs to operate the lights. Do not put more than 3 legacy per string.
