Sad news -Linda Sickman's mother died!

She is definitely in my thought and prayers. One of the main reasons she "retired" from Hallmark was to care for her mother.

She's one of my favorite Hallmark artists, from the beginning of Keepsakes.

Tho my mother's still on earth, I have lost my Grandmother and today would've been her 109th birthday, if she hadn't died in 1989, from her second bout with breast cancer and then alzheimer's. I was very close to her and I still miss her!

She was born in 1901, so it was always easy to remember how old she was, since she was always one year younger than the year.

I'm hoping that things go better for Linda now and I would think she has lots of helpful, supportive friends back there to help her.

To your knowledge, Nicki, did Linda ever marry?
