Hi all - I just received an rather large order (for me anyway) from HOH and when I opened the box 5 out of the 7 ornament boxes were either creased, smudged or slightly torn. I have sent an email to HOH and called the # to leave a message, but haven't heard anything yet and they give you 3 days to contact them if something is wrong. Has anyone else had to contact them and did they get back to you quickly? The ornaments themselves are OK, it's just the boxes and we all know the difference it makes when the boxes are not MINT. I would happily send back the boxes for MINT condition new ones, but getting wee bit antsy because I haven't heard anything yet. Comments please ?
