I need help with the "Clock Face" to the "Family Room", #QXC4566 from "Santa's Big Night", 2002. I purchased this from an estate sale. It was brand new in the box, but the battery is dead. The directions don't tell you how to get the back off of the clock to replace it. I have tried & tried & it won't budge. Does anyone know how to get it open? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My living room set is packed away and too hard to get to right now, but if memory serves, you don't access the battery thru the back of the clock!
Look at the clock face. There is a little space there that you can put a small "flat head" screwdriver into, to pop the face of the clock off and then you can replace the battery. It sounds weird, but I believe that's how they did it.
