One day last week I was searching Hallmark.com for the electrical specs for the Hallmark Keepsake Magic ornaments. I wasn't able to find those, but I did come across this helpful piece of information:
Does Hallmark Cards, Inc warranty the Hallmark Keepsake Magic ornaments?
Answer: Only those Keepsake Ornaments which have a connector cord that plugs into the consumer's light string (Pigtail) on their Christmas tree have a warranty. The warranty period is 3 years. These ornaments are UL-Listed Approved.
You can find out more about requesting a replacement at www.hallmark.com by clicking on the "Customer Service" link at the bottom of any page on www.hallmark.com and emailing Hallmark Customer Service. Be sure to select "Hallmark Products & Licenses" and then "Keepsake Ornaments" from the pull-down menu when submitting your request.
The following UL-Listed Ornaments offered from 2005 to 2008 are still under 3-year warranty:
2008: The 2008 ornaments must be returned to the place of purchase for a replacement or refund.
