I am so happy to find this forum! I have been collecting Hallmark since THE BEGINNING in the 1970's when I was still in high school! What a nice vice it is! I recently discovered an old Marry Miniature Cake Topper in a drawer. It is a little girl ballerina posed on the tip of her toe. She is on a daisy flower base. I found a similar one on EBAy for $75.00. Mine seems to have a blob of black paint on her face. Any advice on how to remove it without damaging her? THANKS SO MUCH in advance!

Hi Karin, Welcome to the forum...we're glad you found us! To remove the black spot from the ballerinas face, I'd first try rubbing it with a white pencil eraser. If that doesn't work, I'd try dipping a toothpick in some paint remover. There are other solvents you could try, if the paint remover doesn't work, but I'd try these two ideas first. Good luck, and let us know how it works! Nicki
