I saw this on my hallmark account online and I wanted to give everyone who usually orders their rewards certificates before hallmark premieres, debuts, etc. a heads up about scheduled improvements (wouldn't it be nice if they actually did these things in the non-ornament months). I have pasted the statement they put on my account below.
Beginning September 12th, 2008 through early October your ability to order certificates will be temporarily on hold while we make website improvements. Please be sure to place any needed requests prior to September 12th.
