Putting `meat on the bones`.

Hi, I recently bought the figure ,shown below, at a table top sale.
She didn`t look much at the time, having been covered in white paint.
Now, having given her a good cleaning, I`d rather like to know if anyone could please give me some idea of possible age etc?
